3. Complaints After 7 Days: For complaints beyond 7 days, products will only be considered for repair.

DIY Gadgets ensures the repair or replacement of products in case of defects or malfunctions. To claim a valid warranty, follow the instructions carefully and consider the points below:

• Bluetooth Range: The Bluetooth range should not exceed 10 meters.
• Charging Process: Avoid using fast chargers and do not overcharge.
• Mobile App Connectivity: Ensure the mobile app is running in the background.
• Water Resistance: Follow all precautionary measures to maintain water resistance.
• Battery Timings: Battery life may vary depending on usage and connectivity.
• Health Features: Our smartwatches are high-tech fashion wearables and are not a replacement for medical or fitness club services.
• Visual Difference: Slight variations in product appearance may occur due to screen effects.
• Shockproof: Protect your smartwatch from drops or impacts on rough surfaces.

If any of the above guidelines are breached, the warranty claim may not be processed.

5. Issues may initially be resolved via call or email. If necessary, the process will proceed for repair or replacement.
6. Customers must ship the product to our designated location, ensuring its safe delivery.
7. The TCS shipping process is free, and no delivery charges are required.
8. DIY Gadgets is not liable for any delays or damages during transit.
9. Replacements will be provided in equivalent condition. For price differences, customers must transfer the additional amount online before dispatch.
10. Allergies or rashes caused by our products are not covered under warranty.
11. Replacements typically take 15–20 days.
12. If the original variant is unavailable, the product may be replaced with another color.

Policy Validity

The warranty does not apply if:

• The product experiences dullness of color due to regular wear and tear.
• Issues arise due to dirt, dust, or other particulate matter.
• The warranty period has expired.
• The product is used contrary to the guidelines provided.
• Damage results from customer misuse, repairs by unauthorized persons, exposure to extreme conditions, liquid spillage, fluctuating voltage, or reckless use.
